Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from Boutique Africaine or the Shop Owner that you’re buying from facilities to your destination address), based on the regular shipping speed.
The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout).
Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

Boutique Africaine Fullfillement Services (Bafs) Shipping 

If the item you're ordering is offered through the Boutique Africaine marketplace fulfillment services (Bafs), the transit time will be reduced and your order is guaranteed to arrive within 3-5 business days. This shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take up to five business days after an item ships to reach you with Bafs.

Shop Owner Shipping
If your order is placed with a Boutique Africaine Marketplace seller that has not subscribed with Bafs, shipping and delivery timelines will vary. Your product will arrive within 12-15 days as per the term and agreement of the marketplace.

Custom Shipping

If your order is placed with a seller that uses a Custom shipping, meaning that the seller has created his/her own shipping method, delivery times will depend on the terms of the seller custom shipping method. Click the Contact Seller button on the product detail page after signing in your account to ask the seller for shipping details. If your order does not arrive within the estimated deadline, feel free to reach out to us to resolve the situation.

FREE Shipping
If the item that you purchased comes with FREE shipping, your order will be delivered within 5-8 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. If you look in Your Orders and see that your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we won't delay shipping if it means we'll miss the expected delivery date.
